This outbuilding renovation in Wareham has given a tired, detached building a new lease of life. The brickwork on the gable end has been cleaned up and repaired, with a pitched, tiled roof finished neatly above it, while a new render finish to the ground floor walls gives the building a crisp, settled look.
A set of glazed doors and windows across the rear let plenty of light into the space, and the layout now makes good use of both floors, with windows upstairs as well as down. Set among the trees at the back of the garden, it's a quiet, self-contained spot that can be used for all sorts of purposes.
It's a thorough piece of work that has turned a neglected structure into a smart, usable building the homeowners can make the most of.
